So it’s been a busy few days.
Went to World of Dance Vancouver with the girlfriend. Incredible seeing how capable those dancers are. I feel it would’ve been more well rounded if there were more available styles to be performed, but it was still really enjoyable nonetheless. I think since “YouTube Dancers” have become so popular, it’s positively affected a lot of dance programs in the mainstream.
Physio has been going well. Still have a lot of work to do but progress is steady. Trying to reduce muscle loss in my calf and left leg, but it’s difficult with having to walk with a crutch still. Doing basic chores such as grocery shopping can be quite a task…but I push through as best as I can.
Getting lots done with the OUTRUN brand. Paid for some new Logo designs and hopefully will be getting T-Shirts completed for the team before the Winter Warfare CSGO LAN tournament that’s landing Dec 02. Should be really cool going to the LAN with everyone donning some teamOUTRUN wear.
A lot of the stream’s focus has been on CSGO lately, and for good reason. This local LAN that’s happening is really exciting. We’re flying one of our east coast teammates out to play with us, “Meer”. A bit of money to spend but I think it’ll be great going forward.
Had a really good meeting with a good friend as well last week. Spoke about my future schooling options and some car advice as well. Lots of exciting things in the works in that area and I’ll expand more as things unfold. Just know that my brain has been consumed with so much in the past couple months and I’m glad that I’ve been able to progress even while being injured and disabled. I wasn’t going to let this injury delay my growth!
All in all, it’s been a productive week. I wish I could’ve mustered the energy to post but there were a lot of late nights and early mornings just trying to decipher and clear my head. Hopefully we can keep this trend going till the end of the week and finish it strong.
Thanks for reading everyone, catch you all soon.
